Our fast-growing marketing agency is seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Operations to lead our team and oversee the management of our e-commerce clients. As the Head of Operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the overall success of our agency’s e-commerce marketing efforts and for building strong relationships with our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the agency’s e-commerce marketing team and manage day-to-day operations
• Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns for e-commerce clients
• Ensure that client campaigns are effectively executed and meet performance targets
• Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to identify opportunities for optimization
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as a point of contact for all communications
• Develop and manage budgets and forecasts for the agency and clients

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in e-commerce marketing
