Head of Operations
Our fast-growing marketing agency is seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Operations to lead our team and oversee the management of our e-commerce clients. As the Head of Operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the overall success of our agency’s e-commerce marketing efforts and for building strong relationships with our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the agency’s e-commerce marketing team and manage day-to-day operations
- Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns for e-commerce clients
- Ensure that client campaigns are effectively executed and meet performance targets
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to identify opportunities for optimization
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as a point of contact for all communications
- Develop and manage budgets and forecasts for the agency and clients
- Ensure that the agency is up-to-date on industry trends and developments
- Hire, train, and manage a team of marketing professionals
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in e-commerce marketing
- Proven success in managing marketing campaigns for e-commerce clients
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze data and metrics to make informed decisions
- Up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing trends and techniques
- Experience with project management and budgeting
